Huge congratulations to the 2019 Hellenic National Barista Champion, Michalis Dimitrakopoulos!!! It was such a pleasure hosting Team Underdog at Deborah in early 2018. It was then Michalis decided Finca Deborah “Afterglow” would be the right coffee to use for nationals.
