Cupping afternoon with acclaimed Chef Anne Sophie

A lovely day in Paris as Jamison visited highly acclaimed Chef and entrepreneur @annesophiepic at her celebrated restaurant Le Dame de PIC. Joined by Ms. Pic’s Sommelier @pazlevinson and @hippolyte_courty_larbre_a_cafe the coffees were tasted through both espresso and V-60. An extraordinary meal followed whereby Anna Sophie surprised with an incredible oyster course prepared using Deborah Natural Geisha! Thank you Ms. Pic for your enthusiasm for Deborah coffees and your kind generosity throughout our day of sharing. It was beyond imagination!
